Description of Firm
Schröder Kieback Högelein focuses on all matters of civil law with an emphasis
on private building and architectural law, arbitration law, business law, family law,
insurance law, law of tenancy, yachting and sea traffic law. The firm was founded in
1998 by Mr. Schröder and Mr. Kieback. In 2007 Mr. Högelein, a specialist and notary,
joined the firm and completed the bunch of competences. Mr. Nissen also joined
in 2007. He was a former secretary of justice in the province of Schleswig-Holstein
and vice president of the supreme administration court. |
