Tan Avukatlik Burosu (Tan Law Firm) has been at the disposal of clients since 2001. Mr. Baris TAN is the founder of the firm and he is responsible for developing the firm's strategy and overseeing its implementation.
Our firm serves companies, other corporations and institutions as well as private persons, private entrepreneurs. Our services focus on fields of law that are required in business activities. Our lawyers act as advisors to companies and other corporations, in addition to which we represent and assist our clients in negotiations and disputes in various instances. We also draw up agreements, reports and other documents. Our lawyers act in insolvency matters as estate administrators and executors.
Tan Law Firm is based in Istanbul, but has an affiliated office in Ankara and correspondent lawyers in most major cities in Turkey, specialized in the same fields as ours, which enables us to be active and effective all over the country. In addition, we are also in close cooperation with various academicians, financial advisers, accountants who all are experts in their fields for a complete service to our clients.
We are supported by the latest communication facilities, along with extensive on-line resources which give us access to a vast array of information, including all Turkish as well as the most relevant international rules and regulations.
