We regularly represent client interests before Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Federal and State Governments and, on occasion, before foreign government regulatory agencies both in Asia and Europe. Our attorneys have litigated commercial and regulatory issues as both lead counsel and special counsel in various courts, including the United States Supreme Court and in U.S. and foreign arbitration forums. Firm attorneys also represent client interests before the United States Congress and have testified before Congress on issues involving international trade and transportation.
