Michael Zukerman Quoted in USA Today about Michael Cohen Mezzanine Loans
Michael Zukerman, of counsel at Warshaw Burstein, was quoted in USA Today in a story about a complex real estate deal that involved mezzanine loans obtained by Michael Cohen.
Cohen, the long-time personal lawyer for President Trump, faces a series of investigations and legal challenges over his work for Trump and Cohen’s other business dealings.
Zukerman told USA Today that a financing statement indicates a loan was taken out to aid other business ventures.
“It’s going to be very hard to figure out what he did with the money,” Zukerman said.
