Mr. Filardo will continue his practice representing clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters and providing clients with outside general counsel services.
His litigation experience in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels and regulatory agencies has encompassed virtually every type of business conflict, including contractual, securities, real estate, employment, partnership and intra-corporate disputes, as well as disputes relating to insurance coverage and reinsurance, intellectual property, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, acquisition agreements and buy/sell agreements. Mr. Filardo also litigates class actions and shareholder derivative claims. He has substantial experience representing corporations and executives in criminal and regulatory investigations. In addition to litigation, Mr. Filardo counsels domestic and foreign clients with respect to their business affairs and represents them in connection with their corporate transactions.
